My Favorite Hobbies

Most of you guys know me as the girl behind the camera. So it’s probably hard to imagine I have other things I love to do as much as photography. But I do!! Although being a photographer is kinda hard to top- taking pictures is one of my favorite things ever. But I want to tell you guys what my other favorite hobbies include! 

1. Playing flag football. If I could choose a perfect day, it would either start or end with a flag football game. When I went to BYUI, I seriously played flag football for like ten seasons. It was the best. Some years I was on my best friends’ teams, and other years our teams would end up playing each other in the championship. Sadly, my team took second place WAY more than first. We got our fair share of championship shirts, though! I love to play quarterback on offense and linebacker on defense. In a perfect world, Idaho Falls would have a woman’s flag football league. 
2. Playing the piano and cello. I took piano lessons for over ten years. It was kind of my thing in high school. My sophomore year, I decided I wanted to take cello lessons as well. I only took private lessons for about six months, but I played in the orchestra and now occasionally perform in church. It’s my goal to learn Bach’s Cello Suite No. 1 in G Major. 
3. Eating sugar. Guys, I’m crazy about sugar. I decided for the month of November I was going to try and go without sugar, because it doesn’t make me feel the best. But it sure makes me happy! So instead of eating it, I will just talk about it haha. My favorite treats and desserts include Mounds, Reeses and Oreo shakes, muddy buddies (with milk- try it!), Texas sheet cake, brownies, and Idaho Spuds. I love anything coconut or peanut butter and chocolate. 
4. Hanging with my boys. I have an awesome husband and two of the cutest boys around. We love to hang out together. We like to go to the zoo, the park, on walks, and have movie nights. 

There are a lot of other things I enjoy doing, but if I ever have spare time, you will most likely find me doing one of the above activities. I one day dream of having a backyard big enough to have football games in. A girl can always dream, right?
