Ok guys, this baby is seriously the most precious little guy I have ever seen. I mean, look at that beautiful jet black hair! Isn’t he perfect? His name is Eli and he is such beautiful baby. He was an angel for his pictures, and it was so much fun to hold and snuggle him yesterday. I love being an Idaho Falls newborn photographer!
Guys, this boy’s mom is a SAINT. I played basketball with her in high school. She is super cool and fun. This little Eli that she just had really likes to eat. So she gets up EVERY HOUR to feed him, and he eats for 25 minutes. Which means she is only sleeping for 35 minute intervals haha. Poor girl! I only get up a couple times a night with Will, and I am still exhausted in the morning. I can’t imagine how Vicky feels! Plus she has four other kids. So to say she is a super hero would be a huge understatement.
I feel like motherhood is so underrated! It requires your all in every aspect of your life. Your energy, your focus, your time, your thoughts. Man, it can be so hard! But I also feel like it is underrated in the sense that motherhood is seriously so much fun. I can’t believe I get to raise my best friends.
When I was little, I was always so sad when I had to leave my friends’ houses. I would beg my mom to let me stay five more minutes. Now, my best friends actually live in my house and I get to spend all day every day with them. Lucky for me, I don’t have to worry about their mom coming and picking them up and taking them home! Haha.
Vicky and Cody, congrats on your beautiful baby boy! I am so excited for you two and your growing family. Your older kids are so cute with Eli, it melts my heart. I wish you all the best in this new and beautiful life you guys have created together!
