Rexburg Newborn Session

Oh my word, this sweet baby completely stole my heart. Isn’t she soo perfect?? This was my first newborn session in a while, and she helped me remember how much I love taking pictures of tiny, perfect babies. I would be totally down to be a full-time Rexburg newborn photographer! She has a strong little spirit and was such a joy to photograph. Holland had some complications when she was born, and ended up in the NICU for a little while. You’d never know now, though! She seemed as healthy as ever and slept like a DREAM. I’m telling you guys, she is honestly what dreams are made of.
This baby’s sweet momma had a closet full of the most adorable baby clothes and headbands. Holland is legit going to be the very best dressed baby in town. The best part was her mom let me choose what Holland wore for pictures. I only have boys, so it was so fun to get to pick out pink swaddles and bows! It definitely had me hoping for a baby girl next.
Some of my very favorite shots from newborn sessions are the little details. The baby’s feet, ears, little rolls… so stinking cute! As a mom, I feel like those are the things that change so quickly, and easily slip my mind once my babe is a little older. So it’s so nice to have those pictures to always remember!
I hope you guys enjoy this session as much as I did! One of my favorite shots from this shoot was of Holland’s tiny bright pink little nails popping out of her swaddle. So precious. I also feel like black and white images add just a little bit more magic to the session, so I decided to include more of them in this gallery than usual. You guys will have to let me know what you think!
