The Japanese Friendship Garden
This cute little girl let me take her birthday photos at the Japanese Friendship Garden! Her name is Reggie and it was such a delight to meet her and her mom. They were so excited when I suggested taking pictures at the garden. Reggie had recently been there on a picnic with her grandma and grandpa and was excited to go back.
Believe it or not, this was the first time I had photographed anyone at the Japanese Friendship Garden. I forgot how beautiful it is! I hope to start doing more sessions there, because I really loved how these images turned out. And it’s right in Idaho Falls!
My husband and I got our wedding photos taken at the Japanese Friendship Garden. They were actually taken after the fact, because we weren’t in love with the wedding photos we got back from our photographer. I had my cousin take some down at the gardens and he did a phenomenal job! I was actually pregnant when we got them taken, but luckily I still fit into my dress haha.
We are so lucky to have such a beautiful location right in our own little town. There are tons of different beautiful backdrops that provide an awesome variety of photos. I can’t wait to shoot here again in the near future!
