Island Park Wedding

This Island Park wedding was beautiful! The lake, the mountains, and the dreamy  sunset made for the perfect wedding day! 

This couple has been together for over a decade. They have three precious little boys and have been planning this wedding for years. Island park has always been a special place to them! Angel always had summer vacations here as a kid. She told her boyfriend how much she loved it, so on one of their family trips up to Island park, he proposed to her out near the lake. They planned their wedding at the exact place that they got engaged, the Lakeside Lodge. 

Everything turned out so nice! The ceremony was right down by the water and very sweet. Their vows to each other made me tear up (the vows always get me!). Then then had a giant party in the Lakeside Lodge with dancing, food, and loved ones. It was the perfect day!

Something that I thought was so cute about this wedding days is that Angel was still nursing her youngest boy. So if I couldn’t find her on the dance floor, I knew she was tucked away in a corner feeding her baby while in a wedding dress. That is an impressive feat if you ask me!

The Lakeside Lodge is such a fun place. I have photographed several events there and really enjoy it. It is a bar with a place upstairs to eat, and has a giant wrap-around deck that has a beautiful view of the lake.
