Travel Bucket List!
Megan Owens Photography|Idaho Falls and Rexburg Photographer
Being stuck at home in Idaho Falls these last six months has me thinking about my travel bucket list- all of the places I would love to travel to when things are back to normal. My husband and I really enjoy traveling together. We backpacked across Europe a few years back and loved every minute of it (probably because I was eating gelato and my husband was watching tennis). We haven’t been adventurous enough to take our boys anywhere crazy yet, and I think I like it that way best haha. They can stay with grandma.😂 Here is a list of places my husband and I would love to go!
Hawaii- Believe it or not, its not for the beaches! I want to do all of those pretty hikes that lead to hidden waterfalls haha.
Australia- my husband’s choice, but I’m totally down! We are big tennis fans and want to hit up all four grand slams within the next ten years. The Australian Open is in Melbourne, so that is where we will be! Also, I hope we see a baby joey in its momma’s pouch, because that would definitely be a highlight.
My number one choice right now would be Paris. Mainly for the freakin bomb pastries, but also for the French Open, cute little Airbnbs, and little shops that actually have clothes that fit my cute and studly little husband.
Cinque Terre– Another place we have already visited together, but is currently my favorite location on earth haha. This time, I would love to take several days to hike through all five towns and try pesto gnocchi in every little town.
Anywhere where Robbie and I can play tennis on a clay court at least once.
Bryce Canyon. Anyone wanna let me take their pictures there??
Guatemala- My husband served his mission there and, believe it or not, is half Guatemalan. I would love to go back with him and visit his people! But he says he loves me too much to put my life in that kind of danger haha. Maybe some day?
HOUSTON! My people! I served a mission for my church there and fell in love with so many awesome people! I also fell in love with kolaches, Blue Bell, and Whataburger. It’s definitely time for another visit!
So many fun places I would love to go! But believe it or not, I am just as happy just chillin at home with my hubby and boys. But I think its always good to have something to look forward to, ya know? We will see if we can plan at least one of these in the next year! Where are you looking forward to visiting? Anything I need to add to my list? Let me hear it below!
